JURGO WORLDWIDE

When Jurgo was first drawn and designed in 2018, it was still very unclear in which direction this intimidating, sad figure would develop. In the first months of its creation, Jurgo was autobiographical and rather a combination of impressions of pop culture and the style of the early 20th century and pop art of the 50s. Jurgo was more of an antihero, appearing in different situations like a ghost. He was almost a sophisticated antagonist in a human world who found himself in your world without justification. Later, Jurgo became a powerful means of expression to make statements that went far beyond the pop area, such as personal conflicts in modern urban society.
